Returns & refunds

Unopened products. Unopened, unused professional products purchased on this USA Local Store may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact professional support first so we can issue return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the product and packaging and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Opened professional products. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened chemical products cannot be returned. If a product does not perform as expected in a professional service, contact support — we route technical cases to official Vitta Gold technical support.

Vitta Gold Global orders. Returns and refunds for products purchased on the Vitta Gold Global store are handled directly by Vitta Gold Cosmetics under their own policy.
